The name's Choo.. Jimmy Choo!
With the legend himself.. Dato' Jimmy Choo!
So how did I get this amazing opportunity? Well, to cut a long story short, my mum's friend knows him and invited us to her Retirement Party, of which Jimmy Choo was going to be there.. I was so excited to go and was like completely starstruck ok! I spent the whole night at dinner with him.. I spoke to him, shook his hand, listened to him karaoke, saw him dance of course, took pictures with him!
Oh, and did I mention that I printed out one of his classic sandals, and got him to autograph it for me? I'm sooo going to frame this ok!!!!!
He's a really nice guy and was definitely very humble and down-to-earth.. It's too bad I didn't get to know him better, cos' from what I hear, he's always happy to give people a pair of his ever-so-famous shoes!! Gosh!! So starstruck!!!
Ooh, on another similar note, I also got the opportunity to meet Mr Lew, the owner and founder of Lewre International.. another shoe and bag moghul!!! Haha.. he was too very very friendly, and he couldn't stop praising me and my voice (I took a chance and sang at karaoke, you see).. he kept saying I should try for the likes of Malaysian Idol! hahaha..
Anyway, celebrity sighting aside, my elective/holiday is now coming to an end.. I'm sooooo sad that my holiday's over!! I don't mind going back to the UK, just so sad that I have to start work and my days of lazing and wasting my time away are over.. Sighhh... Plus, I'll miss my family (especially my two lil' brothers!) soooo much! Ah well, all good things must come to an end, so what to do?
For now, all I can do is share my pics with you.. nothing spectacularly interesting, just some really nice shots with my beloved 'ji mui's (that's girlfriends for the Chinese-ignorant!). (PS: I'll update my blog with my Hong Kong trip soon.. that's gonna be a long one! haha..)

Weekend @ Secret Recipe, Sunway Pyramid & Paddington Pancake House, The CurveThe girls and I decided that since it's my 'last' weekend at home this time around, we'd spent as much time with each other as possible.. we started with lunch at Secret Recipe followed by shopping and Starbucks (of course!), dinner at The Curve and finally drinks at Station One.. Needless to say, I was dead beat when I got back! But luckily, the photos turned out good so that's always a plus! Haha..
I think she was jealous of my BEAUTIFUL hair and just had to ruin it!
As if being stared at by everyone in the restaurant for taking so many photos wasn't enough, we had to make a scene..
She then decides to hit on KSA ala Hong Kong teenage girl!
We're definitely sweeter than the pancakes!
AK's Birthday @ Vivo, The Curve
Miss K celebrated her quarter of a century's birthday whilst I was back this time around.. for me, it was really nice, as it's been awhile since I got to celebrate someone's birthday together.. (big sigh!) Anyway, it was really fun and we had a great time! Unfortunately for single ol' me (okok, so I'm not REALLY single, but effectively single whilst I'm back in Malaysia), the night was full of couples.. AK and her bf, MY and her bf etc. etc. Lucky for me, KSA was my date (how often do I get to date a pretty girl, huh?) so we weren't too lonely! Haha.. (No, we're not trying to console ourselves ok...)
SE trying to steal her away from me to avoid dating OWK!
At some point, everyone was trying to cake Miss K, but everyone was definitely apprehensive.. After all, she's not such an easy target like bestfriend MY! Having said that, I have to give the guys some credit, they did not let the fact that Miss K herself is err, quite fierce while her bf, being quite err, big? bulky? whateverla, could have easily taken down any one of the guys there in no time (sorry boys..) stop them for trying! And alas, we triumphed!!!!

NB: Just a small section dedicated to Bestfriend MY and her antics, pornographic and otherwise.. (Sorry gurl, the temptation's too strong but you know I love you, right?)
